Why Dubai Property Owners Choose Us
First Reason – Complete MEP Solutions Under One Roof
Most contractors only handle one trade. You would need separate contractors for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This creates coordination problems and delays. We handle all three MEP trades together. You’ll see faster project completion. You’ll have better coordination. Plus, you’ll have one main contact.
Second Reason – Licensed and Approved by All Dubai Authorities
We hold a valid DED trade license for MEP contracting. Dubai Municipality approved us for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. We are DEWA classified for electrical connections. The Dubai Civil Defense has approved us for fire safety-related MEP works. We carry ten million AED public liability insurance.
Third Reason – Complete Compliance with Dubai Building Code
We have updated our processes, training, and equipment. We now follow the 2026 Dubai Building Code. This applies to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Many MEP contractors are still using 2025 standards. We are ahead of them. This means your project passes inspection the first time.
Fourth Reason – Thirty-Minute Emergency Response for MEP Issues
We opened new satellite offices in JLT and Deira in January 2026. Now, we guarantee a thirty-minute arrival for urgent MEP issues. This includes AC breakdowns, power outages, and burst pipes. This is fifteen minutes faster than in 2025.
Fifth Reason – Fixed Pricing in AED with No Hidden Fees
Our residential MEP packages start at twenty-five thousand AED. Commercial MEP packages start at forty thousand AED. Industrial MEP packages start at eighty thousand AED. We provide written quotes before any work begins. There are no hidden charges.
Sixth Reason – Twenty-Four Month Warranty on All MEP Work
Dubai Municipality’s new smallest rule is eighteen months. We offer twenty-four months on all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work completed in 2026 to 2027. If any issue related to our MEP work appears within twenty four months, we fix it free of charge.
Seventh Reason – Certified for All MEP Trades
Our team includes certified HVAC engineers, licensed electricians and qualified plumbers. We are certified for VRF systems, chillers, EV chargers, greywater systems and BMS integration. We are one of only seventy five MEP contractors in Dubai with full certification across all three trades.

Our team speaks Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, and we have added Mandarin-speaking staff in 2026.
How Our MEP Services Work – Our Seven-Step Process
Step One – Free Consultation and Site Assessment
Call, WhatsApp, or book online. Our MEP engineers will visit your property. They will check your Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing needs. We use our 2026 Integrated MEP Assessment Tool to identify potential compliance issues before we start. This takes one to two hours for large projects.
Step Two – Written Quote in AED
We offer a fixed-price written quote. This quote covers all parts of the MEP work. It includes mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, materials, labor, permits, and testing. The quote is valid for thirty days and is provided within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.
Step Three – MEP Design and Permit Application
Our MEP engineers make detailed drawings. They focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. These drawings follow the Dubai Building Code 2026. We submit integrated permit applications through the Dubai Building Permit Platform. Permits are approved within four to eight days.
Step Four – Material Sourcing and Delivery
We source all MEP materials from Dubai Municipality and DEWA-approved suppliers. For mechanical systems, we use Daikin, Carrier, Trane, and LG. For electrical systems, we use Legrand, Schneider Electric, ABB, and Siemens. For plumbing systems, we use Grohe, Kohler, Al Wasl, and Jolly. All materials have Dubai Municipality approval stickers.
Step Five – Professional MEP Installation
Our teams work in a coordinated sequence. First, we install mechanical systems including HVAC ducting and piping. Then we install electrical systems including conduits and panels. Finally, we install plumbing systems including water supply and drainage. This coordinated approach prevents conflicts between trades.
Step Six – MEP Testing and Commissioning
We perform comprehensive testing for all three systems. For mechanical systems, we test airflow, temperature control, refrigerant pressure, and duct leakage. For electrical systems, we test insulation resistance, earth ground, continuity, and load capacity. For plumbing systems, we test water pressure, flow rates, leak detection, and drainage. We provide digital test reports ready for authority inspection.
Step Seven – Final Handover with Warranty
We get all approvals from Dubai Municipality. We also get completion certificates from DEWA and Civil Defense. We provide you with digital copies of all documents. We give you a twenty four month warranty certificate covering all MEP work performed. We provide training on your MEP systems if needed.

Common MEP Problems in Dubai – And How We Fix Them
Dubai is very hot. Older buildings make it hard for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Here are the most common MEP problems we see and how we fix them.
Mechanical Problem One – AC Fails to Cool Properly
This is the most common complaint in Dubai summers. Causes include low refrigerant, dirty filters, blocked ducts or failed compressors.
We solve this by:
Checking refrigerant levels
Cleaning or replacing filters
Inspecting ductwork for blockages
Testing compressor operation
Most AC issues are resolved within two to four hours.
Mechanical Problem Two – Strange Noises from AC
Grinding, squealing or banging sounds indicate failing fan motors, loose belts or debris in the system. We fix this by opening the unit, inspecting all moving parts, replacing worn bearings or belts and removing any debris. We then test the system to ensure quiet operation.
Mechanical Problem Three – Uneven Cooling Between Rooms
Some rooms are cold while others are warm. This indicates ductwork balance issues or damper problems. We fix this by measuring airflow in each room, adjusting dampers to balance the system and cleaning or repairing ducts where needed.
Electrical Problem One – Frequent Circuit Breaker Tripping
This happens when circuits are overloaded or when there is a short circuit. In Dubai, this is very common in summer when AC units run constantly. We fix this by calculating the actual load on each circuit, upgrading breakers to correct sizes and adding new circuits where needed.
Electrical Problem Two – Flickering Lights
Flickering lights are usually caused by loose wiring connections or voltage fluctuations. In older Dubai buildings, wiring connections often become loose due to heat expansion and contraction. We fix this by tightening all connections, checking the main electrical panel and testing voltage stability.
Electrical Problem Three – No Power in Part of the Building
When some areas have power but others do not, this usually indicates a tripped breaker, a blown fuse or a damaged wire. We solve this by finding the failed circuit. Then, we trace the fault with circuit tracers and repair or replace the damaged part.
Plumbing Problem One – Low Water Pressure
Low water pressure makes showers and taps unusable. Causes include clogged pipes, faulty pressure reducing valves or issues with the building main supply. We solve this by checking pressure at several points. We also clean or replace pressure reducing valves and clear any blockages in the pipes.
Plumbing Problem Two – Leaking Pipes
Leaks cause water damage, mold and high water bills. Common in older buildings where pipes have corroded. We solve this by finding the leak with acoustic detectors. Then, we cut out the damaged part and install a new pipe with the right fittings. We pressure test after repair.
Plumbing Problem Three – Slow Drainage or Blocked Drains
Sinks, showers or toilets drain slowly or not at all. Causes include grease buildup, hair, soap scum or foreign objects. We fix this by using professional drain snakes, hydro jetting equipment or chemical treatments. For severe blockages, we may need to open the drain line and remove the blockage manually.
Plumbing Problem Four – Water Heater Not Working
No hot water or water not hot enough. Causes include failed heating elements, thermostat issues or sediment buildup in the tank. We fix this by testing the heating elements and thermostat, replacing failed parts and flushing the tank to remove sediment.
When to Call an MEP Contractor Immediately
You should call immediately for any MEP emergency.
For mechanical emergencies, call us if:
Your AC stops working completely in summer.
You smell gas from any HVAC equipment.
You hear loud banging sounds from your AC unit.
For electrical emergencies, call if you smell burning from any panel. Also, call if breakers trip often after resetting. If you see sparks from outlets or switches, reach out. Finally, report a complete power outage.
For plumbing emergencies, call us if you have:
A burst pipe with flooding.
A severe leak that won’t stop.
A completely blocked main drain causing a backup.
FAQ
What does an MEP contractor in Dubai do?
An MEP contractor deals with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. They design and install these systems. They maintain and repair them, too.
